The description on selected services will include what you’ll need to be prepared for your appointment, as well as how many bundles / packs of hair will be needed and hair recommendations. I DO NOT PROVIDE THE HAIR, please be sure to bring your hair to your appointment. 🔸$25 NON-REFUNDABLE booking fee is REQUIRED when booking. The deposit will go towards your total. The remaining balance can be paid by cash or Apple Pay 🔸Please come shampoo’d, blow dried and detangled. PLEASE DO NOT ADD ANY OILS OR PRODUCTS! ▫️If you are sick or have any symptoms, please contact me to reschedule or cancel your appointment. ▫️When booking same day appointments please reach out to me before booking to make sure the slot is still available. ▫️Squeeze ins or after hours fee is $25. These can be booked by text 380-250-0845. Before reaching out to book this type of appointment please be sure to read the about page as well as the description on the selected service. ▫️due to limited space please NO EXTRA GUEST , KIDS/PARENTS/MEN unless they are being serviced. If you’re a minor please inform your parent/guardian of all rules. ▫️If you are more than 10min late there's is a $35 LATE FEE . After 15 mins your appointment will be cancelled & you will have to rebook with a new deposit. ▫️NO CALL NO SHOWS WILL BE CHARGED 50% OF THE SERVICE & BLOCKED FROM BOOKING 🔴 For wig installs or frontal / closure installs - please arrange a time with me for drop off… Drop offs will need to be at least 48-72 hours prior to scheduled appointment. Keep in mind there will be a $35 fee for same day customization / maintenance so please make sure to get your wig or frontal / closure to me before hand. 🟣 For color services drop off will need to be made 5-7 days prior to appointment also make sure to add on *CUSTOM COLOR* when booking the appointment. ▫️For any reinstalls please make sure to clean your lace prior to your appointment. There will be a $15 cleaning fee added if the lace is not properly cleaned. Cancellation Policy
I charge a 50% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.
